Hi, I’m Carly! I’ve been in the hair industry for 16 years, and I truly feel grateful to do what I love every day. My approach to hair is relaxed, thoughtful, and real—I focus on soft dimension, lived-in color, and styles that grow out beautifully with minimal effort. My goal is for you to leave my chair feeling comfortable, confident, and completely yourself.

Outside of the salon, my heart is with my family. I’m married to my amazing husband, and together we’re raising our sweet 6-year-old son and spirited 3-year-old daughter. We love camping, exploring the outdoors, and soaking up all the little moments together. Those memories keep me grounded and inspire the warmth and intention I bring into my work.

I have been in the beauty industry since 2001. My first 9 years as a stylist I managed 3 different salons, and have been a business owner since 2009. I love every minute of giving my clients individual styles to match each of their personalities. I specialize in men’s hair, and women’s cutting, coloring and treatments. I love fashion color as well! Hair is my passion, I love the creativity and continually educate myself to keep up with changing styles and trends. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you!

I entered the world of hair in 2001. I attended Nationwide Beauty Academy in Columbus, OH where I received Advanced Cosmetologist Licensing. I simultaneously received a Psychology degree at The Ohio State University, and although I took my career into the hair industry my psych degree has never just sat on the shelf collecting dust. We stylists get to wear many hats, and a counselor is but one. I began my career at Charles Penzone Salons in Columbus, OH, working my way through the year long apprenticeship in 6 months then hitting the floor. Not long after, I made a move to California and furthered my training at Louis Lacari in Beverly Hills working under Master Colorist, then moving on to Santa Monica, Newport Beach and settling in Huntington Beach. I opened Huntington Beach Hair Lounge in 2015. I moved back to Columbus in August 2020 and closed that location in 2021. Although I miss the sun and sand, I am loving being back here in Columbus.

Meet Teresa, a passionate dog lover and nature enthusiast, known for her kindness and exceptional listening skills. As a licensed cosmetologist, Teresa has been a wonderful TF Salon employee. She specializes in a variety of hair services, including weft, I-tips, and tape-in extensions, as well as braids, all-over color, root touch-ups, mini highlights, and precision haircuts. Her scalp massages will have you melting in seconds.

Teresa joined TF Salon in 2022 with a deep commitment to refining her craft and providing personalized, top-tier services. She takes the time to listen to each client’s needs and works with them to determine the best approach. Hi, I’m Jen! I’m a proud boy mom to my five-year-old son, Kingston, and a Columbus native who absolutely loves this city we call home. When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me enjoying time at the park with my son and our dog.

I’ve been a hairstylist since 2004, starting my career in a corporate salon before transitioning to independent styling in 2015. I’m trained in French cutting, advanced coloring, and keratin treatments. I’m also a Bellami extension distributor, offering ordering, installation, and move-up services for Hand-Tied Weft extensions.

My passion goes beyond creating beautiful hair. I want every client who sits in my chair to feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. My goal is for you to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and empowered, with hair that makes you feel like the best version of yourself.
